How does free shipping work?

Orders over $75 qualifiy for free shipping as long as your shipping address is in the "lower 48" US states. Alaska and Hawaii, we're really sorry - but you know there's a price to be paid for living in places with so much beauty.

How long will it take for the product to arrive to my front door?

Shipments are delivered via UPS Ground and are shipped from Oregan. Customers on the East Coast generally receive their shipments within 10-14 days. Midwest and West Coast shipments tend to arrive earlier.

This is a gift. Can I send it directly to Grandma?

Absolutely. Just use Grandma's address for the shipping information and we'll get it to her safely.

Can I ship to an address that is not my billing address?

You can ship to an alternate address. Just enter the address you want your item delivered to in the shipping information of the checkout form.

Will I be able to track my package?

We will you email the UPS tracking number to you as soon as it ships. Just enter the tracking number at the UPS website to track your package.

Do you offer International shipping?

We do offer international shipping to the UK and some European locales. Please send an email to support@bigbuddhastatue.com for an estimate of shipping costs.

How much will International shipping cost me?

International shipping rates vary, but because most of our items are made from bonded stone or marble, they are heavy. Shipping costs tend to be high for international shipping.

Do you ship to APO / FPO addresses?

No. We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses.

Do you ship to Alaska or Hawaii?

Yes. We do ship to Alaska and Hawaii, however the FREE SHIPPING offer for purchases over $75 only applies to shipping within the continental US.
